Scout camp planning tools for Windows

Bear Camp

Two practical camp admin tools for arranging tent groups and chore rotas without wrestling a spreadsheet into shape.

Available now: Camp Tent Allocation and Camp Chores for Windows. View both tools

Camp admin, made less awkward

Bear Camp now focuses on the two camp planning programs that are ready to use: Camp Tent Allocation for sleeping arrangements, and Camp Chores for rotas and duties.

Both are Windows desktop apps available from the Microsoft Store. They are hobby-built, practical tools made for real camp planning jobs, with local files and no tracking.

Projects

The current Bear Camp tools are both Windows apps for camp planning, published under Benjamin in the cabin on the Microsoft Store.

A small Scout honesty-box request

If Bear Camp saves you an evening, £1 is a fair campfire-sized thank you.

These apps are offered on trust. There is no paywall, no lock, and no awkward begging bowl. Just a simple honesty-box request: if a Bear Camp tool helps your camp, please consider buying me a coffee for £1.

The Scout laws that feel especially relevant here are:

  • A Scout is to be trusted
  • A Scout is helpful
  • A Scout is friendly and considerate
  • A Scout makes good use of time and is careful of possessions and property

The apps are still available either way. But if one saves your group even one evening of admin, £1 in the honesty box helps recognise the work behind it and keeps future improvements possible.

If the apps save your group an evening of admin, drop a pound in the camp mug.

  • Keeps the apps free
  • Helps with Store packaging
  • Supports fixes after real camps
